						Robert is a true professional.  He was respectful to both myself and my home.  He needed to return for a follow up and was on time and prepared each visit.  He is knowledgeable of his field and offered many helpful suggestions.  Having people go through your home can be stressful, but Robert was kind and unintrusive. 						My husband and I are first time homebuyers and selected Robert as our third party inspector. He inspected everything thoroughly. Very great at communicating and sharing knowledge. He explained what he was writing down to be fixed as he went. We had such a positive experience and so grateful for the time he spent helping us understand things.
