					Robert at Texas Inspections Today did an outstanding job for me on my recent home purchase. He went above and beyond. I mean that figuratively, and also literally. His work with drones to provide a comprehensive overview of the property, plus the detailed roof photography, were very helpful in our negotiations. He provided a very detailed and well documented report that allowed me to receive additional concessions out of the seller. I can't recommend Robert and Texas Inspections Today enough.

						Today Robert did our final 3rd party inspection. Also did our pre dry wall and has done a great job again. Highly recommend him for people looking for an inspector. Will be using him again to do our 11 month warranty inspection.
